In March, Zillow and FYI partnered together to give away $300,000 toward the purchase of a dream home. We asked you to show us what your dream home looks like and then tell us what home means to you. Nearly 600,000 entries and more than 350,000 collages were submitted, and now we’re happy to announce that the 2015 My Dream Home Giveaway winner is Jennifer O. of Florida.
“I’ve never won anything in my life,” Jennifer said, explaining why it took her so long to believe the news. After a number of emails and even a picture of Zillow’s headquarters, Jennifer finally was convinced she had won.
Seeing the prize as an “enormous blessing,” Jennifer hopes to use most of it on a new house with her boyfriend. She’s been saving for that and her wedding, and “this money sets [us] forward quite a few years.” Jennifer also plans to save some of the money for furthering her education as well as helping out the North Florida Animal Rescue. Congratulations to Jennifer and her family!
