As Vice President of Premier Agent Sales at Zillow Group, Stephen leads the sales and partnership organization that serves as the Zillow Premier Agent business’s revenue engine. His team is responsible for building the company’s network of the best real estate professionals in the country, as well as executing new revenue tactics, partner success initiatives, and Premier Agent experience design.

Stephen has nearly two decades of experience in developing and managing large-scale sales and success teams. He joined Zillow Group in 2015 following the company’s acquisition of Trulia, where he spent two years leading Trulia’s San Francisco agent sales team and driving agent acquisition strategy. Prior to Trulia, he held leadership and management positions at Z57, Inc. and GreatCall.

Stephen earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in sociology and Chinese from Occidental College, as well as a Certificate of Sales Leadership and Behavior Science from The Wharton School.
