As chief corporate relations officer of Zillow Group, Dawn oversees the company’s corporate communications, government & community relations, and investor relations.

Prior to joining Zillow Group, Dawn served as chief reputation officer and senior vice president of corporate affairs at Glassdoor, the job listing and company review site. In previous roles, Dawn led communications, investor relations, government and public affairs, and other reputation programs for numerous brands, including Chevron, eBay, and Amtrak. She is also founder and senior advisor of LyonSHARE Communications Group, a strategic communications consultancy.  

Dawn helped organize and launch the Employers for Pay Equity consortium and is an advisor to both the California Film Institute’s Mind the Gap initiative and How Women Lead. She serves as a board member of T4A.org, a non-profit that facilitates dialogue between public officials and the technology community to identify and develop results-focused initiatives to serve the community.

Dawn earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a minor in Political Science from San Diego State University, and an executive certificate in public policy and management from the University of Washington.
