As Vice President for Government Relations and Public Policy at Zillow, Loni leads a team of policy professionals who help the company navigate the regulatory, policy, and political landscapes in which it operates. Mostly recently, Loni served as Vice President of Policy Development and Research at Lyft, where she led a team of sustainability, safety, privacy, labor, legislative, and data policy experts.  In that role, Loni architected Lyft’s industry-leading “Future of Work” initiatives.  Loni is also a Nonresident Fellow in the Economic Studies department of the Brookings Institution, where she focuses on tech policy and emerging technology issues.

Loni is a Board Director for HopSkipDrive, Inc., a ride service to get kids where they need to go, partnering primarily with school districts to serve student transportation needs. She is a Board Member of the Family Violence Appellate Project, a non-profit domestic violence prevention organization. And she is a founding member of the Marin County Priority Setting Committee, seeking sustainable self-governance for the residents of Marin City. 

Loni earned a Bachelor of Arts, in International Relations, at Stanford, and a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
