As Vice President of Customer Analytics and Research at Zillow, Lukas leads teams focusing on generating insights to understand the customer, including their behaviors, actions, and the environment they make real estate decisions in. His primary focus is leveraging these insights to build better products and communications.
Prior to joining Zillow Group, Lukas was a Global Director of Marketing Analytics and Technology at Facebook, Inc. where he oversaw data science and marketing technology support and leadership for over 1,000 Global Business Marketing employees across the family of products. Before Facebook, Lukas held various leadership roles in analytics and finance at Electronic Arts, Inc.
Lukas earned a Masters of Arts in Sports Management from Charles University in Prague and also holds a Master of Science in Corporate Economics and Management from the University of Economics, Prague.
