As Vice President of Insights and Innovation for Zillow Group, Teaque leads the company’s customer, agent, and industry stakeholder research with an eye towards creating new value. He and his team focus on helping to drive human-centered innovation in Zillow’s products, services, and brand experiences.

Prior to joining Zillow in 2020, Teaque was the national director for design and innovation within the retail, automotive, and consumer packaged goods sectors of Accenture Interactive’s Fjord consultancy. He was responsible for bringing human-centered design and strategy into the vision, product and service innovation, and organizational transformation efforts of Fjord’s clients. Before Fjord, Teaque held various leadership roles in innovation strategy, new concept incubation, and business development at frog design. His clients have included the Federal Reserve, Target, Nike, Microsoft, Oracle, McDonald’s, Samsung, Honda, and 7-Eleven, among others.

Teaque earned a Master in Business Administration in Strategy, Marketing, and Technology from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Middlebury College in literature and history.
