The Bridge Public Records API allows users to retrieve parcel, assessment and transactional county data across the entire US going back roughly 15 years. The platform is currently invite only, so please contact us for access.
This resource is really for commercial use cases by businesses. For research and academic projects, we provide the following metrics that have a looser Terms of Use, as far as storing and manipulating the data – https://www.zillow.com/research/data/
