Last week, Inman News released a special report rounding up the “most popular and highest-rated real estate-related mobile apps,” ranking not only real estate apps but apps dedicated to foreclosure, mortgage, and even panoramic photos. It is always exciting to be included in these lists, but Zillow Mobile did one better, walking away with four #1 rankings! For starters, Zillow Mobile dominated the real estate app category with the top-ranked app in:
- – Top 10 free Android real estate apps
- – Top free and paid iPhone real estate apps
- – Top free and paid iPad real estate apps
The newest app addition to the suite of Zillow Mobile apps, the Zillow Mortgage Marketplace App, claimed the top spot in its category too, ranking first among top free and paid iPhone mortgage apps.
According to Inman, they created their 100 Must-Have Mobile Apps for Real Estate from a sampling of ratings and rankings from TopAppCharts.com, Apple’s App Store, the Android Market site, and the BlackBerry App World site on June 28, 2011. The lists were based on keyword and category searches of each site.
