This sweepstakes could be a life-changing, transformative opportunity for one lucky winner to live in the home of their dreams.

- “Like” Zillow on Facebook. Existing Facebook fans of Zillow are also eligible to enter.
- Complete a short entry form.

How to Pin & Win $5,000 Bonus Cash:
After entering the “I Want a New Home!” Sweepstakes, users are then eligible to win $5,000 bonus cash — just for pinning on Pinterest! Here’s how it works.
- Create a Pinterest board called “Dream Home.”
- Pin a minimum of five images from Zillow.com or Pulte.com to your board. If you need inspiration, check out Zillow and Pulte’s boards on Pinterest!
- Get creative, and customize your “Dream Home.” Add additional pins to your board to show how you would personalize your space. In the description tell us why these pins are special to you (iii).
- Return to ZillowSweepstakes.com and submit a link to your “Dream Home” board in the white box at the bottom of the page (see example below). Boards posted directly on Zillow’s wall will not count as official entries.

During the month of October, participants are invited to share why they want to win a new home by posting on Zillow’s Facebook wall, or tweeting @Zillow using the hashtag #IWantaNewHome.

(i) The winning sweepstakes entry will be given a choice of a $350,000 credit to purchase a new home in a participating Pulte Homes community or a $350,000 cash option.
(ii) Entries valid from legal residents in the contiguous United States. The sweepstakes is open to all eligible legal residents of US/DC, excluding NJ, RI, PR.
(iii) Judging will be based on the overall aesthetic of the board (34 percent), creativity of the pins and descriptions (33 percent) and representation of all parts of the home (i.e., interior and exterior pins) (33 percent).
