Magdalena Patterson uses Zillow at least once a day to learn more about the real estate market and what’s going on in her area. Three years ago, Patterson was a stay-at-home mom living in Oceanside, CA with her husband and two kids. After the real estate market plummeted, she decided it was a great time to get into the market.

Patterson’s agent, Zillow Premier Agent OB Juncal, introduced her to lender Maureen Martin.

Patterson had been told by different banks that she would only be able to hold five mortgage loans at one time. After being connected with Martin, Patterson has been able to maximize her borrowing capacity to 10 loans over the course of three years.

“I have recommended both Maureen Martin and OB Juncal to anyone that would listen.” Patterson says. “Now days most of my friends have at least one investment property or even better have become homeowners including both of my daughters. Maureen Martin was instrumental in my new career of real estate investor.”
