For the third consecutive year, Zillow celebrated National Fair Housing Month by awarding $100,000 in grants to nonprofits across the country. Throughout the month of April, employees had the opportunity to nominate organizations that are making a meaningful, local impact through housing-related programs to receive grant funding through our Zillow for Good (Z4G) Housing Innovation Grant Program. Grant eligibility criteria prioritized organizations helping everyone get a fair shot at access to housing, free of discrimination.
We received nearly 100 nominations from employees, and after a comprehensive vetting process conducted by the Social Impact team and a cross-functional review committee, we are thrilled to announce the 2025 cohort.
Each of the employee-nominated organizations listed below will be awarded a grant of $10,000:
- A Step To Freedom — Los Angeles, California
- Arm In Arm — Trenton, New Jersey
- Avesta Housing — Portland, Maine
- Community Housing of Maine — Portland, Maine
- DHIC — Raleigh, North Carolina
- Greater Southwest Development Corporation — Chicago, Illinois
- HOPE Fair Housing Center — Wheaton, Illinois
- Intown Cares — Atlanta, Georgia
- Sound Foundations NW — Seattle, Washington
