At Zillow we take pride in creating one of the most transparent and creative work cultures around and are honored to be named No. 14 on Seattle Met’s list of “Best Places to Work in 2013.” The list includes 33 other companies that offer exciting work, ambitious company goals and a stimulating work environment, all things that we also love about working at Zillow!

We’ve got a start-up vibe with all the perks of an established company. Walking through our offices, you will hear laughter and a buzz of activity all around. All Zillowites have a voice and make a visible mark on the products and tools we create.

Our office wouldn’t be complete without our heavy-duty espresso machine, fresh fruit from Pike Place Market, game room (where FIFA on the XBOX is on high rotation), lunch delivered from local chefs — and, of course, our now-famous wall of candy. Seattle Met called out Hack Week as one of Zillow’s cool perks: “Twice a year, Zillow workers go to town on whatever they like for a full five days … several of the informal ‘hack’ projects have turned into real products.”

We are always looking for inventive and passionate people with strong ideas and ambitions, so check out our jobs page to learn more about how you can be part of our team!

And don’t forget to pick up the January issue of Seattle Met to take a peek inside our Seattle offices and hear from our CEO Spencer Rascoff (@spencerrascoff) about the “Death of the Cubicle.”
