I’m thrilled to announce that we have just “lit up” agent reviews and ratings across Zillow. Now you can find a local real estate agent based on reviews from former clients.
Until today, there was no great place on the web to find out what people felt about their agents. You’d have to know someone who knew a great agent. Now, you can do research on your own!
Since we launched the ability to rate and review agents last month, thousands of agents have been reviewed. While it’s been enlightening to read about those agents who didn’t make their clients happy, mostly, it’s been delightful to learn about all the great agents who are active in the Zillow community.
In addition to a qualitative, free-form review, clients can rate their agent in several categories of service:
- Local knowledge
- Process expertise
- Responsiveness
- Negotiation skills
