Ever wonder what it would be like to get an instant snapshot of what the median home values were for a neighborhood, and see which homes were for sale right from your wrist? Now that is possible with the latest updates to Zillow for Android Wear.
Today Google announced new updates to Android Wear including a new “ambiactive” mode, which allows apps to use less power when running in the background. With this new feature, Zillow for Android Wear now instantly provide shoppers with median home values and for sale listings as they enter new neighborhoods, giving them a more complete snapshot of what it would be like to live in their favorite areas.
Zillow has also added the ability to click on nearby listings to see a list of homes for sale and swipe to see a short version of the home’s details – all directly on the watch. From here, people can save the home as a favorite from the watch or open the full listing description on the phone using the Zillow Real Estate Android App.
To access these helpful updates, just download the new version of Zillow for Android from Google Play.
Note: Android Wear users will be able to take advantage of the new feature after they receive an over-the-air update.
