Ocmansion_1 After Marissa Cooper was killed off in the season finale, the anticipation of the season premiere of Fox’s The O.C. has been slowly killing the rest of us.  Will the new season be the same without Marissa?  What will happen to Summer in her first semester at Brown?  How long will it take Ryan to get into a fight?  I’ve even heard rumors that Anna is coming back.  As you wait in anticipation of Thrusday night’s premiere (9 p.m. on FOX), check out some of the actual homes that the gang from the OC apparently live in.

The most spendy of the homes?  Leave it to Julie to get the cream of the crop. The Cooper’s house (or should I say, previous home) has a Zestimate of $5.8 million.  A close second is the Cohen Mansion, valued at nearly $5.4 million. It would make sense that they would be close in price, since fictionally they were supposed to be next door to each other.  And we can’t forget about Julie & Caleb’s abode, where Summer and Marissa spent so many days lounging by the pool.  At $3.7 million it almost seems affordable compared to the others.

Be sure to check out the other famous TV homes we’ve dug up on Zillow’s famous homes section.
