With 1.4 million mortgage quotes in Zillow Mortgage Marketplace, we can report live mortgage rates (explore mortgage rates.) Now, we have started to syndicate those mortgage rates to members of the Zillow API Network. Within minutes of a loan being quoted on Zillow its rates can be displayed on your website.
I blogged about our new mortgage API calls back in September, and wanted to give a couple examples of mortgage rate implementations that have been built over the past few months. Here are two real estate sites that have integrated our GetRateSummary API:
