We’re excited to mention that RealBird integrated the Zillow API as part of their new consumer facing portal SearchOnMaps. The new site helps consumers in three key ways– finding properties for sale, providing instant home valuations and finding real estate professionals in a desired area.
In addition, the site pulls in data from a variety of sources — including Yelp’s new API and traffic from Yahoo’s traffic API — in an effort to give you an overarching feel for what’s happening in your area. To find these filters, click on the “Points of Interest” in the upper right of the search page.
For the real estate professionals reading this, you should also note that RealBird Listing Publisher will now syndicate your listings to SearchOnMaps.com, Google Base, Trulia, Edgeio, Local.com, Oodle, Lycos, Vast.com — for free.
