We’re happy to announce another API partner implementation that went live last week — Manage My Home, brought to you by Sears. They have combined Zestimate values and comparable sales accessible via the Zillow API into the home value section of their Manage My Home product.

Manage My Home

What is the goal of Manage My Home? Based on the product’s name — and their “about page,” Sears is taking aim at becoming the place to find information on basic repairs as well as big remodeling projects. In their own words:

It’s where you unload all your mental clutter about what you need and want to do around your home, so we can help you get it under control. It’s the place you come back to, time after time, to find out how to do, what to buy or who to call – for everything in your home.

Congrats to the Sears team for a great implementation and a pretty slick site! If you are interested in learning more about the Zillow API and how it can be utilized, take a look at the API Network page on Zillow, or drop by our developer forums to ask any questions you might have.
