To get a better sense for how people are using Zillow, we invited a few of the local regular contributors on Zillow Advice to come to our offices today, to get their feedback. We discussed a number of topics, including what’s working, what’s not working, improvements to be made, software bugs being fixed, and general feedback about what they are hearing from consumers on the street. We had three agents (Geordy Rostad, Sam Debord, Geordie Romer) and one consumer (Sunnyview) in the group, giving us a good mix of perspectives.

To Geordy, Sam, Geordie and Sunnyview: Thank you for your feedback. We know your time is valuable and we really appreciate your input.

Also, if you are a buyer currently in the market for a home, an owner who uses Zillow to track your homes’ value, or a real estate professional using Zillow to generate business — we want to hear from you. If you have feedback about how we can improve Zillow for you, please leave it in the comments of this post or in the suggestions section of Zillow Advice.
