We are pleased to welcome RealEstateABC as the latest member of the Zillow API program. While RealEstate ABC already has their own Real Estate Agent Directory and Home Buyer’s Guide, they are further enhancing their visitors’ experience by utilizing Zillow’s Zestimates, property facts, and recently sold properties when single-property searches are conducted. For city searches, they are utilizing the Zillow Home Value Index data. RealEstateABC’s visitors now have access to the same near real-time home value information, updated 3 times per week, that visitors to Zillow.com have access to. Here are some examples how the Zillow API is implemented on RealEstateABC (I picked some celebrity homes that we’ve recently blogged about):
- 914 Chantilly Rd, Los Angeles, CA 90077 (Patrick Dempsey’s home)
- 10141 Daria Pl, Dallas, TX, 75229 (the Bush’s new Dallas home)
- 820 N Roxbury Dr, Beverly Hills, CA 90210 (Diane Keaton’s home)
In addition to property specific information, RealEstateABC has integrated some of the city and neighborhood data available in our API. Browsing their local home values pages such as Los Angeles, Seattle, Phoenix, Boston, and Miami gives you access to the Zillow Home Value Index, median condo value, median single family value, 1-year market change chart, and home type distribution chart.
