There is another cool Zillow API application out there now. Parade Magazine coded up a beautiful page for consumers to pull Zestimates as part of their “Where America Lives” portal that they launched this weekend. There’s lots of great content over there, including some fantastic slide shows that show you what types of homes you can get in four price ranges across the country; $150,000-$250,000, $300,000-$400,000, $500,000-$700,000, and $995,000-$22,000,000.
