Today, we are excited to announce Zillow has entered into an exclusive agreement to power the U.S. home search experience for the Chinese real estate website, Leju.

Beginning in early summer 2014, Leju visitors who search for U.S. properties will be brought to a Zillow-Leju co-branded website whereby they will have access to Zillow’s robust home search experience, rich data on homes, millions of for-sale listings and unique pre-market inventory. The co-branded site will be translated into Chinese.

This is a great opportunity for brokers, agents and home sellers to have their listings marketed to the second biggest foreign population of home buyers of U.S. real estate. Chinese buyers, on average, spent $425,000 on a home – with 69 percent of purchases reported as all-cash purchases. Leju is a perfect avenue to reach Chinese home buyers as it’s the second largest real estate website in China, averaging approximately 63 million visitors a month.

Brokers and agents will not need to take any extra steps to be included, all listings displayed on Zillow will be appear on the co-branded site. In the United States, Zillow is the exclusive provider of for-sale and for-rent listings for Yahoo! Homes, AOL Real Estate and HGTV’s FrontDoor.
