Selling a home can be emotional, stressful and complicated. Zillow is simplifying the process by showing sellers options up front and in one place, empowering them to make the best selling decision for their situation.
Home sellers who start their journey on Zillow can now simultaneously request both a cash offer from Opendoor and an estimate of what their home could sell for on the open market with a local Zillow Premier Agent partner.
This new selling option is now available in 45 markets across the country:
Getting started is simple. Sellers in eligible markets just need to visit their home details page on Zillow and click on “Get a cash offer.” From there, they’ll answer a few questions about their home and can then start exploring the selling option that works best for them. Sellers can explore the options on their own or work with one of Zillow’s licensed advisors.
Once a seller has decided which path to follow, they’ll be able to easily add on other Zillow home shopping services of their choice, such as financing through Zillow Home Loans, working with a Zillow Premier Agent partner to buy their next home, or, when available in their market, closing with Zillow Closing Services.
There are other helpful services for buyers and sellers on Zillow, too, such as on-demand touring, financial and mortgage resources, as well as high-resolution listing photos and an interactive floor plan to make any listing stand out.
